The Roots Picnic

PHILLY 360° EVENT

THERE'S STILL TIME TO BUY SURCHARGE-FREE TICKETS!

The Roots — our Philly 360° lead creative ambassadors and Philly natives also known as the Legendary Roots Crew — have gathered a diverse lineup of talent for this third annual music festival, including: Vampire Weekend, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Mayer Hawthorne, The Very Best, Clipse, Nneka, Jay Electronica, Tune-Yards, Das Racist, The Money Making Jam Boys, Foreign Exchange, Baja and the Dry Eye Crew, Pattern is Movement, Meek Mill, Memory Tapes and more — including a performance by Wu-Tang members Raekwon, Method Man and Ghostface Killah backed by the The Roots and a special guest appearance by John Legend.

Of course, The Roots couldn’t just throw a music festival with their favorite acts and not grace the stage. The hometown heroes will be performing two sets of their unique, high-energy live sound with members of the Wu while the Afro’d one himself, ?uestlove, does a special set with DJ Jazzy Jeff.  Live music will be playing from two stages during this all-day event at Festival Pier.
