Jay-Z will be taking over the Parkway for a two-day music festival aka "Budweiser Made In America," and we got our hands on two pairs of tickets to give away! Not only are we giving away tickets to the show, but we're also hooking you up with hotel accommodations at the newly renovated Latham Hotel Philadelphia and travel to Philly via Amtrak.

Jay-Z is curating the talent roster for the festival which will take over Philadelphia's Benjamin Franklin Parkway with 28 acts and three stages on September 1 - 2, 2012.
