Fourth Wall Arts Salon is a monthly series that brings together artists and intellectuals for an night of art, music, dance, theater and lectures at various cultural venues throughout the city. This Saturday, Fourth Wall celebrates its one year anniversary by returning to Media Bureau, which is where they had their first salon. The lineup for this salon includes: visual artist and Philly 360 Creative Ambassador Ernel Martinez, spoken word and visual artist Bernard Collins, dancer Brinae Ali, alternative-rock duo Suspect 9, DJ Supreme and live house band The Jimmy Crack Corn Experiment.

Music Liberation: A Mini-Arts Festival for Communities Touched by Incarceration

Join Art Sanctuary for major fun at this “Mini” Arts Festival, as they present performances by Grammy-nominated composer and trumpeter Hannibal Lokumbe, trombonist Brent White, and the rest of the local band Napoleon Dolomite. The festival will also include adult writing workshops, arts and craft activities for children and an open mic!
