Penn's Landing

Let's face it - here in Philadelphia we are serious about our celebrations, our history and of course our food! That's why we're super excited to see the Taste of Philadelphia return as part of Wawa Welcome America Fourth of July festivities. And this year, they've cooked up a culinary celebration that is bigger and better than ever!
Returning to Taste of Philadelphia 2012 are some of Philadelphia’s most notable restaurants including Darling’s Diner, Gigi Restaurant & Lounge and Marabella Meatball Company. They will be joined by several of the city’s most popular food trucks, such as Sweet Box, Lil Dan’s Food Truck and Vernalicious Lunch Truck. These mobile culinary hotspots will line the Chestnut Street Bridge to give guests a more unique and authentic food truck experience.
In addition to experiencing the smells and taste of delicious Philadelphia cuisine, crowds will enjoy the sounds of top jazz, blues and gospel artists, like Laura Izibor, Gerald Veasley, Regina Carter, and Byron Cage. And of course, no Philadelphia Fourth of July celebration would be complete without the fireworks, right?
You can get the latest and greatest on this exciting culinary celebration right here.
