For over 30 years, the performers of DanceBrazil have thrilled and delighted audiences across the world with their own passionate style of Afro-Brazil culture, music and dance infused with elements of Capoeira, an African dance/martial arts form that evolved in colonial Brazil.
For their return to Philly and the Annenberg Center, DanceBrazil will premiere two exciting new works - Batuka and Imfazwe! Each one, exploding with the hard driving and soulstirring rhythms, dramatic samba choreography and heart-racing capoeira movements that have made DanceBrazil an international sensation!
